During this Unit, students will conduct several investigations focused on exploring their health and hygiene. Students will investigate the proper ways to care for their bodies. As they perform these investigations, students will practice ways in which they will remove the most germs from their bodies and prevent germs from spreading. Students will develop an understanding for the importance of keeping their hearts healthy by diet and exercise. Through these investigations, students will develop both their observational skills and their understanding of health and hygiene.
